Our Plant is equipped with a full range of 'State of the Art' machinery Which has been sourced from the best manufacturers from around the world.

In our Dyeing department, we have equipments like Hydrolic Jiggers, Jet Dyeing Soft flows, Maxi jiggers, Singing, Desising and Mercerizing machines. The Pad batch dyeing machine is from Kuster of Germany which facilitates dyeing of long lengths of 100% cotton from 2000 to 5000 meters without center of salvage variation.

The Finishing section is equipped with zero-zero finish five chamber Hotair Stentor, 16 cylinder drying range machine, brushing machine, Peaching machine, Five bowl calendar machine and decatise machine.

All these machines are operated and maintained by a team of well- trained and highly qualified operators and engineers to ensure the best performance.

The plant has a monthly capacity of 2.5 million meters, of which 1.5 million meters consists of Synthetic Dyeing and Cotton Dyeing.

The Manufacturing range also consists of Clothing for Men, Ladies and Kids made from 100% Polyester, P.V. & P.C. Fabrics. These come in a variety of latest designs and patterns.

TESTING  LABORATORIES

Laboratory

The state of the art Laboratory facility at JOY. Whatever is manufactured is tested and approved at the factory premises first. Normally washing fastness, rubbing fastness, shrinkage and others are tested. To prove authentication of the dyes and chemical, we get them tested in laboratory. All our dyes are AZO free, PCP free and passed all other required testing.

We also possess a state of the art in-house laboratory featuring hi-tech testing equipment and machines. This is an endeavor towards churning out consistent fabric quality from our production lines.

We have the best Lab technicians whose precision orientation gets the best out of these machines. This lab enables us to perform composition and analytical tests, shrinkage analysis, color fastness tests and fabric performance and flammability tests on our fabrics. This lab functions round the clock and ensures that the bulk lots conform to the buyer's specifications.

We have the best packaging facility as demanded by our international customers. The goods are checked to be totally free of any kind of defects before packing them. We also have a huge warehouse which can securely store huge amount of goods.
